Skip Tracing

We offer basic skip search or advanced skip tracing services. Often, when work is sent to us, the address for service is already known. However, once in a while, we may need to locate the subject before serving them. Sometimes, they’ve simply moved or got married and changed names. Other times, they are actively avoiding being found and served. Nevertheless, our team of professionals is experienced in skip tracing and locating the target.

Court Filing

We offer court filing services in all of our service areas, both E-filing and In-Person. With our concierge services, you send your documents to us, and we handle the entire process with the Court Clerks. Just submit a service request for court filing, upload your documents, and indicate whether E-filing or In-Person filing is required. We provide a complete E-filing service via one of our E-filing partners.

Records Recovery & Collection

Our team can shorten your production cycle by performing the records recovery and collection of court filings, served subpoenas, and other critical documentation your caseload demands. We do the research and collection of all documents needed, and we will provide you with hard copies, electronic copies, or both depending on your needs.

Document Recording

Our document recording services include filing the documents for recordation, reviewing of documents for original signatures, dates, notary, and any other county requirements. We also take care of the mailing of original document to the county or government agency for recording as well as courier services. Trust our team of professionals to follow up with the local office or county to ensure all documents were recorded accordingly.

Mobile/On-Site Document Scanning

If you need to turn your paper copies into digital copies, we can scan your business documents on-site. We are experts in scanning all types of documents; sensitive and confidential.
